Auction of the original work of the 63rd TIFF's poster
The original work by artist Dimitris Trimintzios (Taxis) will be auctioned yo support the Xenia Shelter for Women Victims of Violence and their Children.
In November we invited artist Dimitris Trimintzios (Taxis) to create the poster for the 63rd Thessaloniki International Film Festival. He created a female figure, a real-life superheroine. He gave us the original work for free and signed 15 numbered silk-screen prints.
These days, specifically from March 9th to 16th, an online charity auction will be held in collaboration with the auction house Vergos - on the website vergosauctions.com - and the proceeds will be used to support the Xenia Shelter for Women Victims of Violence and their Children in the Municipality of Thessaloniki. We thank both the artist and Vergos auction house very much.
