CHECKING IN UPON ARRIVAL IN THESSALONIKI
1/ For those of you arriving by plane:
Once you pick up your luggage, make your way to the arrivals hall and look for the Film Festival Hospitality Booth. In case you have not been previously informed, attendants at the booth will inform you which hotel the Guest Service has booked you in, and they will direct you to buses and cars, which will transport guests to their respective hotels.
After checking into your hotel room, please go to the Guest Service office, on the 1st floor of the Olympion building (left-side entrance).
After checking in with the Guest Service and picking up your badge, please come to the Foreign Press office (also on the first floor to the left side of the Olympion main entrance) to pick up the Festival bag containing all press-related material and to receive additional information available to representatives of the foreign press. Note that the Press Room, equipped with computers and free wi-fi access for those with laptops, is open daily from 10.00 – 20.00 and is also located next to the Press office.
