ERT3 - AUDIENCE AWARDS
The ERT3 – Audience awards for films over 45’ are meted out to:
i. For a Greek production, and accompanied by the monetary sum of 3,000 Euros to the director Yorgos Botsos and to the producer Antonis Voutsas, for the film Musical Communion.
ii. For a foreign production and accompanied by the monetary sum of 3,000 Euros to the director Hubert Sauper and to the producers Barbara Albert, Martin Gschlacht, Edouard Mauriat, Antonin Svoboda, Hubert Toint, Hubert Sauper, for the film Darwin’s Nightmare from Austria.
The ERT-3 – Audience awards for films under 45’are meted out to:
i. For a Greek production and accompanied by the monetary sum of 1,500 Euros to the director Pavlos Tsiandos and to the producer Pavlos Angelatos for the film Cho Oyu.
ii. For a foreign production and accompanied by the monetary sum of 1,500 Euros to the director and producer Philip di Fiore for the film Stranger: Bernie Worrell on Earth, from the USA.
FIPRESCI AWARDS
This year’s FIPRESCI jury was made up of:
Antti SELKOKARI, Finland, President - Maya Irina MCKECHNEAY, Austria - Angelika KETTELHACK, Germany - Viliam JABLONICKY, Slovakia - Demosthenes XIFILINOS, Greece
And the FIPRESCI awards were given to:
i. For a Greek production to the film Elias Petropoulos – A world underground, Kalliopi Legaki, director.
ii. For a foreign production to the film 3 Rooms of Melancholia, Pirjo Honkasalo, director
