We are happy to inform you that the 60^th anniversary Thessaloniki International Film Festival presents a big exhibition dedicated to the artistic work of Greek director Nikos Koundouros. The opening will take place during the 60^th Thessaloniki International Film Festival (October 31^st until November 10^th 2019) in a space specifically modified for the exhibition in the Pier A of the Port of Thessaloniki.

The most enthralling, entertaining and spectacular film by Alfred Hitchcock, North by Northwest, a sensational chase from New York to Mount Rashmore is the film of the summer open air screening of Thessaloniki International Film Festival. The screening of the adventurous film of the brilliant director –with Cary Grant in the lead role, giving one of his best on-screen performances - becomes an unforgettable cinematic experience with free admission. The screening will take place on Tuesday, July 16^th, 2019 in one of the most beloved places in Thessaloniki, Pier A at the city’s Port. 

The anniversary 60^th Thessaloniki International Film Festival invites audience and filmmakers to the large celebration of global independent cinema, showcasing the best films from all over the world, important guests and tributes, cinematic surprises, as well as a series of parallel events. Film submissions are now open.
